Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership, class package, trial class, 1:1 or 1:2 sessions with Tonic Pilates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Memberships
Semi Private Group Memberships are valid for 3 months and commence from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
All classes must be used within the 3 month period. Unused classes do not roll over into the following month.
Memberships renew automatically via scheduled payments unless cancellation is requested in writing. Payments are taken at the end of each month.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
Members may attend one class per day.
Failed Payments
If a payment declines due to insufficient funds please provide an alternative payment method within 7 days to avoid interruption to your membership.
Class Packs
Class packs are valid for 1-2 months (depending on package booked) from the date of your first booked class.
Any unused sessions after the expiry period will be forfeited.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All bookings must be made via the booking platform or directly through the Tonic Pilates website.
Introductory & Trial Offers
Introductory Trial offers are valid only within their specified timeframe (e.g. 14 days / 1 month from first booked class).
One class per day applies during trial periods.
Introductory offers may be purchased once per person only.
Trials are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Private & Studio Bookings

Private appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.
Offers or exceptions made at management discretion do not create an obligation to repeat them in future circumstances.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
Should a space become available, you will be automatically added and notified by email or text.
You may be added to a class up to one hour before it begins.
By joining the waitlist, you are committing to attend if a space opens.
If your availability changes, please remove yourself from the waitlist
Cancellations & No-Shows
Our cancellation policy allows fair access to all members.
Group classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the start time.
Late cancellations result in loss of the class credit.
Tonic Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes with low attendance. Clients will be notified approximately 2–3 hours prior and offered an alternative booking or class credit.
Instructor changes may occur without notice if necessary.
Cancelling Memberships
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with 14 days’ notice.
Minimum term fees may apply depending on your membership agreement.
Studio Etiquette
To maintain a calm and respectful environment:
Please arrive 5 minutes before class. Entry may not be permitted more than 5 minutes late.
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.
Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on aeroplane mode.
Sanitise hands before and after class and wipe down equipment following use.
Clients under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Health & Safety
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before attending.
Medical clearance may be required where appropriate.
Participation in classes is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to exercise.
Pregnancy
Clients up to 16 weeks pregnant may attend classes with instructor awareness.
After 16 weeks, medical clearance is required before participating.
Refunds & Credits
All purchases are generally non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, credits or transfers may be offered at the discretion of Tonic Pilates management.
