Tonic Specialist Classes

Semi Private Class

  • Experience the precision and integrity of BASI Pilates in a small group setting (max 3 clients). Semi-Private sessions combine personalised attention with the energy of a shared studio experience — tailored programming, hands-on guidance, and progressive results.

    Clients enjoy full studio access, including the Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel — offering a complete, varied, and intelligently designed Pilates experience.

    This is all about a programme. 3 month commitment (paid monthly) so you can really see the progression and results.

Rehabilitation

  • Our rehabilitation sessions are informed by advanced training in injuries and pathologies.

    We work confidently with a wide range of conditions including disc bulge and herniation, sciatica, osteoporosis, joint replacements, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, knee pathologies (ACL, meniscus, patellofemoral pain), tendinopathies, hypermobility spectrum conditions, and pre- and post-natal considerations.

    Each programme is clinically informed and individually designed to restore alignment, strength, and functional movement — progressing safely, intelligently, and with deep respect for your body.


Golfers Programme

  • Our Pilates for Athletes programme is designed to support the demands of high-performance training across sports such as triathlon, HYROX, football, dancing and gymnastics. These sessions focus on building core strength, improving mobility, enhancing stability, and developing efficient movement patterns to support performance and reduce injury risk. It’s the perfect complement to intense training, helping athletes move stronger, recover better, and perform at their best.
