FAQ’s

  • Yes — beginners are very welcome. Our classes are designed to be adaptable, and we’ll guide you through the movements so you feel supported from your very first session.

  • All classes are booked online via our booking system - Momence. Simply choose your class, purchase a credit or membership, and reserve your space in advance.

  • If you’re managing an injury or medical condition, please consult your GP or physio before attending and let us know in advance. We’ll always offer modifications where possible, but your safety comes first.

  • Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant or recently postnatal. We can advise on suitability and classes are more appropriate.


  • Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your class credit. This allows us to offer the space to someone on the waitlist.


  • Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that may catch on equipment.


  • Yes, grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. If you forget yours, they are available to purchase in the studio.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.

  • Please allow time to find local parking where applicable. We recommend checking nearby parking options before your first visit.

  • Yes, class credits have an expiry period. Please check the specific terms when purchasing, as expiry dates vary by package.
